One Question our team is getting lately is concern a order cannot be filled due to release dates in ASIA,  Those Customers who have been purchasing product from us for over 3 years will know your order will come, If it will not be able to be filled due to unique circumstances,  we have always been able to come to compromise with a customer who we cannot supply and if this means a refund because we have advised we cannot supply this has always occured. in those cases we have even allowed retention of energon points.

It is very important that customers understand we look at individual circumstances on requests outside store policy, we encourage you to make contact with us directly to obtain a proper resolution.
