Shipping Clarification and Changes

From Today 26/9/2016

We are advising customers officially on our shipping process for certain orders.

We ask customers to observe the following when ordering to avoid any confusion or misunderstanding.

When placing an order the following rules apply in relation to shipping.

1. If you place an order that is made up of instock and pre-order products

the order will NOT ship until all items are in hand.

2. If you place an order that is made up multiple pre order products we will ship each item when it arrives unless the other product is due the same month.

This has been largely observed by all in a unofficial capacity, but with the increased items that are becoming in stock we need to put something in place that is now our policy.

3. In stock items will be attempted to be shipped within 3 business days*

* if shipping to a physical street address.

 

We thank everyone who understands with our low pricing and low shipping charges, we need to remain viable and operate in a fashion that allows long term growth .

 

Energon Points Changes and Order Qty Restrictions

From July 1st 2016,

when redeeming an order while using Energon Points, Customers will be restricted to 1 Item of Each Variant. So The order may contain as many items of different type, but not more than 1 of the same type of Product.

Order Restrictions-  Order Qty on all products will now be limited to 3 of one product type (Unless Prior Approval from Customer Service).

VIP will have a 2 unit limit but can order 1 at retail.

This Restriction Commences on the 1st of July 2016.

 

We have had the make these changes to keep our loyalty program untainted from abuse and being taken advantage of, Recent Events could of caused great harm to our emerging business and safeguards are needed to prolong and maintain a long lifespan of Fair Prices and Generous Rewards.

 

Shipping Policy Changes

We have amended some of our shipping processes and fees,

SECTION 20- SHIPPING FEES - Premium Collectables has teamed up with the largest delivery coverage network in the country . Star Track Express, This is to give everyone fair access to faster shipping and more up to date tracking info.

A $10 Admin fee will apply to a customer not available at delivery of there item and it is redirected to a post office or depot.  This only applies on the second occasion. So if this happens once there is no fee to pay, but future orders will be subject to the fee, We will deduct the fee from the loyalty points on the account, if you are not part of the loyalty program a  $10 invoice will be sent.

There will be exceptions of course, if delivery attempt is not the same day as the ETA or tracking information was not sent correctly by Premium Collectables.

Also From the 19/5/2016- New Customers or Existing Customer who update details with Parcel Lockers or Po Box Addresses will no longer be eligible for free shipping over $100, A fee will apply which must be agreed to upon checkout, any addresses which do not meet the free shipping criterias will be notified.

New Shipping and Priority Order Option

We have added a premium shipping service for some eastern state locations,

the Express option for $35 will mean next day shipping** for in stock orders using Australia Post Express or Courier Overnight Services.

For Pre-Orders, this will also mean overnight shipment**, but also this option will put you at the front of the que once a pre order product arrives regardless of when you place the order.

This is an optional service and there is no change to existing services.

Important Xmas New Year Trading Times

Premium Collectables Will be closed over the Xmas/New Year Period from the 25th of Dec until the 3rd of January 2016.

During this time we please ask that if sending any emails through or questions that you understand they are unlikely to receive a reply until the 3rd of January. Our Warehouse may reopen to process some shipments after xmas but this team does not have access to customer emails so any shipment questions cannot also be answered until the 3rd of January.

2015 Has been an amazing yeah for the business and the only reason this happend was because of YOU!!!

That's as simple as it get's, The support and growing numbers helped build the business beyond all expectations this year and this has sustained our most generous reward points loyalty program with over $5000 dollars in real money going back into future orders because of people's returned business.

The Reduction in Shipping Fee's seem well received and the qualification of nearly 10 Members to the VIP Program is also beyond expectation..
